Before he joined Mott The Hoople, Ian Hunter had already played on records by Apex Rhythm And Blues Band, The Scenery, Freddie Fingers Lee, At Last The 1958 Rock and Roll Show, and Charlie Woolfe. Meanwhile, you may want to track down two independent UK compilation LPs from the late 90s that both contain the Scenery track "Thread Of Time". "Red With Purple Flashes" was issued by Parka Records (PARKA 007), and Dig The Fuzz released "Clap Hands Daddy Come Home" (DIGO36LP). Quick links:
