[December 27, 2002] Universal Records in Norway released a 2CD compilation album called "The Sound Of Winter" (Universal 069 739-2) on December 23, and it is being heavily advertised on national TV. The songs on this compilation have all been hits in Norway over the years, and "Oh Yeah" by Broken Home is included, along with Steve Miller Band - Abracadabra, J. Geils Band - Centerfold, City Boy - 5.7.0.5, Starship - Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, Simple Minds - Don't You (Forget About Me), Robin Beck - First Time, plus 33 more!

A previously undocumented promo LP for the Broken Home album (with a unique red cover) has surfaced - more info! Similarly, a UK promo edition of "Romeo" with a picture sleeve has also turned up - more info!

"Broken Home" - first time on CD!
[September 02, 2002] Angel Air Records will issue Broken Home's self-titled debut album on CD in January 2003!

Dicken update!
[August 2002] Dicken hasn't got a band at the moment despite trying out loads of musicians. Pete Crowther was even involved at one point but they couldn't find a drummer. Meanwhile, Dicken is getting on with new material and he is working on up-dating some old songs in a more modern form with some guys who know what they are doing with modern gear. It can best be described as a cross between The Petshop Boys and Sparks!

Rustic Cowboys update!
[May 2002] I am informed that the Rustic Cowboys show is on hold for a while. Exciting new things and new sounds are in progress, however! There is to be a new band to be called "JCD's New Adventure". An album of new and re-worked old songs is also planned. As well as this, Dicken is working on solo material.
