Jackie Lynton of Savoy Brown fame recorded "The Other Man" for his 2003 album "Cereal Thriller II" which featured a mix of new songs and some standards - plus an X-rated archive bonus disc. He was backed by Chris Bryant (guitar), Colin Pattenden (bass) and Greg Terry-Short (drums).

This 2007 album by the Jackie Lynton Band has eleven studio tracks recorded at Clive Cherry's studio in Surrey plus 30 minutes of live recordings from Cornwall in 2006 with guest Paul King (ex Mungo Jerry) on harmonica. "The Other Man" has been a regular in Lynton's live set for many years.
