"Who Do You Love" was also released on single in USA, backed by "Turned Up Too Late" (Planet P-45908). In the UK, the B-side was "Isn't It About Time" (Planet PL 12 406).
The following picture sleeve singles have also been reported:

"GOODBYE" UK CD-single
(Bludgeon Riffola / Mercury 562 288-2)
"Who Do You Love" was one of the bonus tracks on Def Leppard's "Goodbye" single taken from their 1999 "Euphoria" album. The CD-single also included the video for "When Love And Hate Collide".
Note that this was the second of two UK "Goodbye" CD-singles. The first one had a slightly different cover and contained "Burnout" and "Immortal" plus the video for "Goodbye" (Bludgeon Riffola - Mercury 562 289-2). The two singles were sold separately. Vocalist Joe Elliott would later record "Who Do You Love" with his band Joe Elliott's Down 'n Outz.

The Down 'N Outz is a project fronted by Def Leppard's Joe Elliott, backed by The Quireboys, who only play covers of Ian Hunter, Mott and British Lions songs! The band got together to support Mott The Hoople at one of their reunion concerts at London's Hammersmith Odeon in October 2009, and later recorded an albums worth of material in Joe's studio in Dublin. The USA edition has 13 songs, of which 6 are Mott covers. "Good Times" was originally recorded by The Easybeats.
Bonus digital only tracks: a 14th track, a live version of Mott's "Shouting And Pointing" from the Hammersmith show was only available as a digital mp3 download from Amazon. On iTunes, the extra bonus track was a live version of the Ian Hunter song "Golden Opportunity".
